She staged my flower beds, found a roofer in the neighborhood who fixed my issue, knew a plumber, repairman, and even found a tree trimmer! Her local contacts and networks finding the help I needed were invaluable to me. She is very knowledgeable about plumbing and other repair issues that needed to be resolved. Charlene is the second real estate agent I used, but is the one I will recommend to ANYBODY looking in the area and would absolutely want to work with again. After issues came about that our inspector failed to find, she has been helping us even now with our home warranty to try to get the best possible outcome. My husband and I met Charlene back in 2009 and she end up being our agent and found us a home we fell in love with the moment we saw it. She listened to our needs and wants and nailed it. It was such a smooth process, she was not at all pushy to hurry and make a sale to be able to move on to the next awaiting customer. It was so smooth it was all a blur! We were so pleased and happy we remained FB friends and stayed in contact throughout the years. Now fast forward to 2018, we hired her to be on the other end and SELL our home for us to able to move out of state. This is where she really shined and came through for us.
